I am passionate about what I do. I love web site design and want to help individuals, small and mid-sized companies, and new companies get off to a great start with a strong web presence.
Your website should be functional, easy to navigate, and look great according to your specifications. I will work with you until your are satisfied and your website is a success.
Individualized attention, live communication, and ongoing education empowers you to understand each facet of your site set-up. The education component will help you so that you can maintain your web site on your own should you choose this route. Otherwise, I offer ongoing maintenance of your site for you.
The Process
Step 1
At our initial meeting we will discuss your site’s functional requirements and design style. During this planning phase, I will begin to conceptualize the look and feel of your site .
In addition, we will work together to discuss options for logos, banners, hosting, domain names, shopping carts, or anything else that pertains to the set-up of your web site.
COST:
Prices vary depending on the complexity of your specifications. Graphics, logos, online shopping carts, and CMS have additional fees.
Once your website is published, the most common ongoing cost is for hosting and registering domain names. There are many hosting companies, and their prices vary. Most cost roughly $10 per month.
See below: 3point3 will provide ongoing maintenance of your site for up to one year after publication for small changes or minor revisions. Large changes, such as the creation of new graphics, new site design, additional pages, or adding CMS, however, will require additional fees.
Step 2
I will work to build the first version of your website.
Usually this takes one or two days when you supply logos, graphics, and content and have a site with 5 or fewer pages. Large sites, and those that require content creation, graphic design, and e-commerce pages/shopping carts can take up to five days.
Step 3
Upon your review, we will discuss revisions. At this point, we can talk about adding CMS if your are interested. (CMS stands for Content Management System, and it allows website owners to edit their sites through a regular browser like Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc. This is an optional way to maintain your site content from your own computer.)
When the revisions are completed and you are satisfied, I will publish your web site.
Step 4
I will provide ongoing maintenance of your site for up to one year after publication if small changes or minor revisions are necessary. Longer term maintenance is available at a nominal cost.
